| Site | The project site are the Blocks 52-2, 53-2 and 53-3 within the Reem Island project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Reem Island is located north of the main island of Abu Dhabi. | Project content | On a total GFA of approx. 200,000 sqm, a mixed use program shall be realized with a focus on residential. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| Prizes and fees | Each participant having submitted a detailed design concept conforming to the requirements laid down in the competition brief will receive a flat-rate fee of USD 55,000 in respect of expenses incurred - including travel expeneses. Accomoddation for a maximum of two persons participating at the participants' colloquium in Abu Dhabi will be arranged on the costs of the promoter. No other expenses will be reimbursed. In addition to this remuneration, the following prizes shall be awarded to the best three candidates:

| Participants | The following architectural firms have been selected to participate in the competition. The right to prepare competition entries is exclusively reserved for the chosen participant and the office thereof. The formation of design assocations or the enlistment of co-authors is subject to the prior written consent of the sponsor.
